These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of stavara.co (the “Site”), operated by Within Protein Company, a Delaware corporation, doing business as Stavara (“Stavara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site is currently informational and provides updates about Stavara and its products, and allows visitors to join a waitlist. The Site does not currently support online purchases. If and when online ordering becomes available, additional terms specific to purchases (including payment, shipping, and returns) will apply and will be presented at checkout.

Waitlist

Joining the Stavara waitlist does not guarantee product availability, specific pricing, or allocation of any product. We will use the contact information you provide to notify you of updates at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Stavara name, logo, the S monogram, product photography, copy, and design — is the property of Within Protein Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to scrape, harvest, or copy Site content or data using automated means

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or security

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Stavara

Product & Health Information Disclaimer

Content on the Site, including nutritional and ingredient information, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical or nutritional advice. Statements about Stavara products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
